We have all been at point where we were “on the verge of repentance.” Maybe it was the cost or the vulnerability that caused us to ignore the one thing and the One we needed the most. Ezra 9-10 contains one of the most incredible examples of repentance. God’s people had married pagan wives. Acknowledging their sin, Ezra falls to his face and rips his clothes and his hair. This one man’s risky and vulnerable response opens the door for others to make that same risky and vulnerable response in their lives. Today we will discuss how “Repentance is the Remedy.”
